Available Visiting Faculty Positions

PMA Karachi is inviting applications for the following positions on a visiting basis:

1. Nautical Instructor (5 Positions)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Certificate of Competency (CoC) or Certificate of Service as Master of Foreign-Going Ships.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Master OR 3 years’ experience as Second-in-Command/Chief Officer on ships.

2. Engineering Instructor (1 Position)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Certificate of Competency or Certificate of Service as First-Class Engineer (Combined).
• At least 2 years’ experience as Chief Engineer OR 3 years as Second Engineer on ships.

3. Simulator Engineer (1 Position)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years’ practical experience in handling simulators such as:
  • Engine Plant Simulator
  • GMDSS Simulator
  • ARPA Simulator
  • Full Mission Bridge Simulator Operations
